Italian Recipes for a Succuluent Salad with Legumes

Ceci Beans Recipe
Combine:
400 gr. of Chickpeas
Half fresh clove Garlic
Bunch of Arugula
10-15 Cherry Tomatoes
Salt
Olive oil
Vinegar

Cannellini and Tuna Recipe
Combine:
400 gr. of Cannellini Beans
Half fresh Red Onion chopped fine
Bunch of Parsley
150 gr. Tuna
Salt and Pepper
Olive oil
Vinegar

Corona Beans Recipe
Combine:
400 gr. of Corona Beans
100 gr. Small Shrimp, cooked
2-3 slice of Lemon
Half Lemon Juice
Peel of half Lemon
50 gr. Celery
Thyme
Salt and Olive Oil

Borlotti Beans Recipe
Combine:
400 gr. of Borlotti Beans
50 gr. of Celery cut in little cubes
Fresh clove of Garlic
7-8 dried Cherry Tomatoes
Few Mint Leaves
30 gr. cube of Feta Cheese
Salt
Olive oil
PASTA FELICETTI (Just chose the shape)

Serves 2
Ingredients
200 g of pasta Felicetti of your choice
260 g of Don Antonio Pasta Sauce (of your choice flavor)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parmigiano Cheese for the top
1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water.
2. Put into the pan the Don Antonio Pasta Sauce (of your choice flavor).
3. Stir and cook for 1/2 minutes.
4. Once the pasta is ready, drain the pasta and keep on side a cup with the water of the pasta. Pour the pasta into the pan with the sauce and stir over high heat for 1 minutes. If necessary add some water of the pasta.
5. Serve in a plate with parmigiano cheese on the top.

SOUPE OF VEGETABLE WITH TYMO

Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Carrots chopped
1/4 of Yellow or White Onion finely chopped
1 bulb Fennel finely chopped
2 Potatoes chopped in cubes
330 g of Don Antonio Marinara Pasta Sauce
100 ml of Water
Fresh Thyme
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste
1. In a saucepan, fry the chopped carrots and onion with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
2. Add the chopped fennel, cubes of potatoes and a few thyme leaves. Add salt to taste. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the Don Antonio Marinara Pasta Sauce and 100 ml of water.
4. Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 20 minutes.
5. Serve the soup hot.
CHICKEN ALLA PIZZAIOLA

Serves 2
Ingredients:
300 g of sliced Chicken Breast
330 g of Don Antonio Arrabiata Sauce
1 Angelo e Franco Mozzarella sliced thin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. In a saucepan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and quickly sear the slices of chicken breast.
2. Add the Don Antonio Arrabiata Sauce and mix.
3. Now add the mozzarella cut into thin slices. Cover with the lid and leave to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Serve the Hot Spicy Chicken alla Pizzaiola. Buon Appetito!!!!
SPAGHETTI ALLA BOSCAIOLA

Serves 2
Ingredients:
200 g of Felicetti Spaghetti
70 g of cooked Ham
100 g of Champignon Mushrooms
330 g of Don Antonio Tomato Basil Sauce
1/4 of fresh Onion
1 fresh clove of Garlic
Oregano
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Finely chop garlic and onion.
2. Fry them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
3. As soon as they are golden, add the diced ham and sliced mushrooms. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the Don Antonio Tomato Basil Sauce. Stir and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water.
6. Once ready, pour into the pan with the sauce and stir over high heat for 1/2 minutes. Enjoy your meal!!!!!
PASTA LUMACHE FELICETTI WITH VEGETABLE

Serves 2
Ingredients:
200 g of Felicetti Lumache
1 Zucchine
1 small Yellow Pepper
360 g of Don Antonio Marinara Pasta Sauce
1 clove of Garlic
1/4 Onion
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Cut the zucchine and pepper into cubes.
2. In a saucepan pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and saute the garlic and onion.
3. Once golden, add the vegetables with a pinch of salt and pepper and blanch for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Add the Don Antonio Marinara Pasta Sauce. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 20 minutes.
5. Cook the Felicetti lumache in plenty of salted water.
6. Once cooked, pour the Felicetti lumache into the saucepan and saute everything over high heat for a couple of minutes.
CHICKEN ALLA CACCIATORA

Serves 2
Ingredients:
400 g of Chicken Thigh
560 g of Don Antonio Marinara Pasta Sauce
1 sprig of Rosemary
Half a glass of White Wine
Half Onion
1 clove of Garlic
Half a tablespoon of Capers
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Wash the chicken thigh thoroughly.
2. In a saucepan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil together with a clove of garlic and the finely chopped onion.
3. As soon as the onion is golden, add the chicken thigh. Season with salt and pepper and also add the rosemary and capers. Cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Deglaze with white wine.
5. Pour the Don Antonio Marinara Pasta Sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
6. If the sauce has reduced, add a ladle of broth to prevent the chicken from drying out. Repeat the process as often as necessary. The Cacciatore chicken will have to cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
7. Serve the chicken cacciatore still hot.
